About the PARANAVI® shared account
The PARANAVI® account (One ID) is shared by PARANAVI M, ABLE Insight and Lucky. Account and authentication information (name, email, password) is managed in the shared account system, and usage records of each service are processed in accordance with that service’s privacy policy.
Check results from ABLE Insight linked to the same account are imported into PARANAVI M as scores and summary values and used in chats. The original responses to individual questions are not imported.
The shared PARANAVI payment screen is provided by M. Payments for Lucky point top-ups are also made on this screen, and the processing of personal information in the payment process is governed by this Policy.
1. Personal Information Collected
• At sign-up: name, email, password
• When using the Service: chat content, decision logs, ABLE check responses and results, settings such as chat names and AI names, access logs, usage records
• Visit records (collected automatically): To improve the service and measure advertising results, we collect, under a visit number that is not linked to your name or email, the screens you view, the time you spend, how you arrived (ad name and the domain of the previous site), and whether you were logged in. These records are deleted automatically after 13 months. When you sign up, only the route by which you first arrived is kept with your account. We do not store IP addresses.
• Ad measurement (only if you allow it): the Meta Pixel collects the behavioral information described in Section 6.
• When using the Self-check: text extracted from the business plan (names, contact details and the like are masked on the user’s device before transmission), submission destination, deadline, check results, and answers organized for each question. The original business plan file is opened on the user’s device and is not transmitted to or stored on the Company’s servers.
• At payment: mobile phone number, order and payment identification information (order number, payment number, payment amount, payment status). This includes payments for Lucky point top-ups. For recurring payments, the Company retains a payment identifier issued by the payment service provider; payment method information such as card numbers is processed by the payment service provider and is not stored by the Company.
• When optionally submitted: stories (name, email, title, content, whether an interview is desired), Workshop application information, mentor application information
2. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information
• Member identification and identity verification
• Provision of paid services and payment processing (processing and refunds of payments for PRO passes, NAVIPASS, Workshops and Lucky point top-ups)
• Responding to customer inquiries and delivering notices
• Service improvement and security maintenance
• Chat content: providing questions and answers, continuing chats, providing summaries and decision drafts. Chat content is not used for AI training.
• Decision logs and check results: allowing users to view their own records and providing chat context
• Self-check: providing the status of and questions for each item of the review criteria, organizing answers for each question, and re-checking. Business plan text and results are not used for AI training.
• Stories: replying and conducting interviews, and improving the Service after deleting identifying information such as name and email
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company retains personal information until the Member withdraws membership. Upon withdrawal, access to the Service is blocked immediately, and chats, decision logs and ABLE check results are destroyed without delay. The email address and withdrawal date are retained to prevent re-registration with the same email address. Stories are retained for service improvement after identifying information such as name and email is deleted.
For the Self-check, if “Delete after the check” is selected (the default), the business plan text and the business plan sentences copied into the results are deleted immediately after the results are generated. Questions, item statuses and answers organized by the user are retained until the user deletes them or withdraws membership, and the user may delete them at any time on the past checks screen.
Where retention for a certain period is required under applicable laws and regulations, the information is retained for that period and then destroyed.
