Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the PARANAVI® Series service (the “Service”) provided by The Field Player Inc. (the “Company”), and other necessary matters, so as to promote sound use of the Service based on trust between users and the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
• “Service” means the PC and mobile web app services of PARANAVI® Series provided by the Company.
• “Member” means an individual who has agreed to these Terms and uses the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
The Company posts these Terms on the Service screen so that Members can easily review them, and may amend them to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws and regulations. If these Terms are amended, the Company will notify Members of the amendments through an in-Service notice, email or other means.
Article 4 (Membership Registration and Account Management)
A person applies for membership in accordance with the procedures set by the Company, and membership is granted when the Company accepts the application. Members are responsible for accurately managing their own account information.
Article 5 (Use of the Service)
Members must use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations, and the Company may change or suspend part of the Service where necessary to provide the Service stably.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyright in all content included in the Service belongs to the Company, and users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit or modify such content without the Company’s prior approval.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, technical defects, reasons attributable to the user, or the like. In addition, the Company does not guarantee results and does not replace legal, tax or medical advice.
The Self-check is a reference service that shows, for each item of the review criteria, where content is missing or evidence is insufficient, and questions likely to be asked during review. It does not determine or guarantee scores, pass or fail, or likelihood of selection, and it does not write the sentences of the business plan on the user’s behalf.
Article 8 (Payment and Refunds)
• The BASIC plan is a usage-count-based pass.
• The PRO plan is a recurring subscription service.
• A refund is available if there is no usage history after payment.
• Partial refunds for the remaining number of uses after use may be restricted.
• NAVIPASS is a pass valid for 30 days from the payment date and is not automatically renewed.
• With NAVIPASS, for 30 days, you may use Self-consulting without limit within the fair use standard and receive the Self-check for up to 5 different business plans. Revising the same business plan and checking it again is not counted toward this number and is available up to 10 times per day.
• If you upgrade to NAVIPASS while using PRO, you pay only the difference, and your PRO use continues as is.
• Once you start using NAVIPASS, no partial refund is given for the remaining period or the remaining number of plans, and refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
• NAVIONE is a one-time payment that unlocks the locked questions of one Self-check report you have already received. Unlocked questions remain viewable, and per-question chats for that report are not deducted from your Self-consulting count, up to 50 times for 30 days from the payment date. It does not include re-checking a revised business plan or checking a different business plan.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the use of the Service.
