Under problem recognition, the market size is stated only with statistics, so I'll ask about this

Setting aside the market size you calculated from statistics, does the market you've felt firsthand really match that number?

How it works

1

Upload your business plan

Your file is opened and read on your device. Names and contact details are masked, and only the text is sent for analysis

2

Get the question to start with

You'll see right away the question a reviewer is most likely to ask first, and your report lists the other questions and item status

3

Work through each question with M

Take one question and talk it through with M to shape an answer in your own words. Answer all 5 and your submission prep is done

How this differs from asking an AI to "ask like a reviewer"

QuestionsGeneral AI chatQuestions are made up on the spotSelf-checkPicks only questions that fit your business plan from ones collected at real reviews

From questions at real reviews

Questions collected from over 100 startup review panels and mentoring sessions from October 2020 to October 2026, sorted into types

The original stays on your device

Scanned pages are also turned into text on your device, and only masked text is sent

Not used to train AI

Your uploaded plans and chats aren't used for training

No scores. M only shows gaps and questions, and the decisions and wording are yours.

Self-consulting

If there's a hard decision beyond your submission

Pick what's on your mind right now, like funding, customers, or team, and talk it through with M. M doesn't hand you answers. It widens your thinking with questions and records your decisions and reasons.

FAQ

How much can I see for free?

Each account can check 1 plan for free and see 3 questions. For the remaining questions, only the number and item are shown.

What files can I upload?

You can upload PDF, PowerPoint (PPTX), Word (DOCX), or Hangul (HWPX), and scanned PDFs work too. For older formats like PPT, DOC, or HWP, save as PDF and upload that.

Is my plan file stored on a server?

The original file is never uploaded to a server. Your browser reads the text on your device, masks names and contact details, and sends only the text for analysis. By default, the text sent is also deleted right after the report is made.

Is what I upload used to train AI?

Your plan text and chats are not used to train AI.

How is this different from asking an AI directly?

Instead of questions made up on the spot, M picks questions that fit your plan from ones collected at real reviews, and shows which part of your plan each question comes from. Answers are shaped only from sentences you wrote.

Will a check get me selected?

It doesn't guarantee selection or passing. It's a tool to help you see gaps and likely questions before you submit.

What if I don't have a plan yet?

In Self-consulting, you can first sort out concerns like your idea, customers, and funding. The decisions you make are recorded so you can use them again when writing your plan.
