The service's knowledge base is built on tacit knowledge from the startup mentoring our CEO, Taeeun Kim, has done since March 2020 (more than 700 sessions over four years, through March 2024), implemented in a semi-structured form. Starting with the first version of PARANAVI® ANI, released in May 2025, we have refined the knowledge system with de-identified user data, and the accumulated data passed 20,000 records as of October 2025. We still update the domain knowledge every quarter.
