- Free: Each account can see 1 plan and 3 questions. For the other questions, only the number and item are shown.
- NAVIPASS: For 30 days, use Self-consulting without limits and check up to 5 different plans. All 5 questions and a chat for each question are open. It costs ₩49,000 and doesn't renew automatically.
- If you're on PRO, you can upgrade to NAVIPASS by paying only the difference, and PRO continues as it is.
- If you're on BASIC, your remaining sessions stay as they are, and you use NAVIPASS for 30 days.
- NAVIONE: Use it when you only want to unlock 1 report you've already received. It costs ₩9,900. All locked questions open, and for 30 days, 50 question chats for that report don't count toward your Self-consulting sessions. Choose it from "Unlock this report only" below the locked questions on the report.
Your remaining days and plans show at the top of the Self-check screen, like NAVIPASS D-12 | 3 plans left. After 30 days, you go back to your original plan, and your past reports and answers stay as they are.
