Does M make decisions for me?
No. M widens your thinking with questions and lays out the evidence and open questions. The conclusion is yours.
Can I save chats on FREE?
You can't save chats on FREE. On BASIC and higher, you can keep chats with Save chat and reopen them.
How is the ABLE assessment I used to take in M different from the current ABLE assessment?
Before, you answered 39 questions on a 5-point scale in M. Now you answer 24 questions on a 7-point scale in ABLE Insight. Because the questions and scales differ, compare the two scores for reference only. Your earlier records remain in View records.
Can I pay for an M plan with PARANAVI® credits?
Credits are a separate payment method used in PARANAVI® Lucky, and they're managed separately from M plans.
If I cancel my subscription, do I lose access right away?
No. You can keep using PRO features until the period you've already paid for ends, and then you move to FREE.
