Whether your plan is a PDF, PPTX, DOCX, or HWPX, the file opens in the browser on your device, and only the text is sent for analysis. The original file isn't uploaded to the server.
- Masked automatically: Phone numbers, emails, resident registration numbers, bank account numbers, business registration numbers, addresses
- Replaced with roles: CEO and team member names become labels like CEO and Team member 1. Experience and roles stay because questions about your team need them.
- You can mask more yourself: Company name, client names, and other words
Automatic name detection isn't perfect, so be sure to look over the Review before sending screen. The text you send goes to our server and an AI company for analysis, and it isn't used to train AI.
Storage and deletion
If you choose Delete after the check when uploading (the default), the text you sent and the sentences taken from your plan are deleted right after the results are made. The questions, item statuses, and answers you wrote stay. You can delete reports and answers at any time from Past checks, and deleted results can't be recovered.
